Refund and change rules
1、Pick-up and drop-off:
Free refunds and changes outside 72 hours from the start of service
A charge of 50% of the order amount for returns outside 24 hours to 72 hours fron the start of the service,
A charge of 100% of the order amount for refunds within 24 hours from the start of the service
2 Single day charter
Free refunds and changes are available more than 7 days before the start of service,
A charge of 30% of the order amount for refunds outside of 4 days to 7 days from the start of the service(inclusive);
Returns outside 48 hours to 72 hours from the start of the service are subject to a charge of 70% of the order amount,
A charge of 100% of the order amount for refunds within 48 hours from the start of the service
3、Multi-day charter:
Free refunds and changes can be made more than 14 days before the service starts
Refunds from 7 days to 14 days from the start of the service (inclusive) will be charged at 50% of the order amount;
Returns within 7 days from the start of service will be charged at 100% of the order amount
4、One day trip
Free refunds and changes are available more than 7 days before the start of service
A charge of 30% of the order amount for refunds outside of 4 days to 7 days from the start of the service(inclusive);
Returns outside 48 hours to 72 hours from the start of the service are subject to a charge of 70% of the order amount;
A charge of 100% of the order amount for refunds within 48 hours from the start of the service
5、Multi-day tour
Free refunds and changes can be made more than 14 days before the start of service,
Refunds from 7 days to 14 days from the start of the service (inclusive) will be charged at 50% of the order amount;
Returns within 7 days from the start of service will be charged at 100% of the order amount.
Notes
1、The order can be modified before using the car information:the name of the passenger, contact
information, but does not support the modification of the boarding and alighting location,car time, the number of passengers If you need to modify,please withdraw the order and re-order,the price will fluctuate by the exchange rate/holiday season and booking time,subject to the new offer.
2、In case of flight cancellation(flight in the order),the transfer order can be cancelled for free; if the transfer service cannot be used at the original time due to the flight change or the first delay of the joint flight, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance from the time of the order to use the car we will coordinate the refund for you, if there is no advance notice,there will be no refund
3、If affected by force majeure factors (including and not limited to:natural disasters, government or social actions, accidents or failures, road blockage, etc),under the condition of maintaining the safety and rights of the entire tour guests as the first premise,according to the actual situation at the scene, we have the right to take appropriate measures and make appropriate adjustments, such as temporary
changes to the time or content of the itinerary or even the cancellation of part or all of the tour sites We reserve the right of final interpretation. The relevant tour costs cannot be refunded, and the additional costs incurred (such as: hotel extension,car guide services,mealsticket changesetc)shall be borne by the guests themselves
a.Natural disasters: floods, earthquakes,hailstorms,blizzards,tsunamis, etc
b.Government or socialactions:war,strikes,marches,regime change,policy changes,terrorist threats etc.
cAccidents or breakdowns:sudden breakdown of transportation such as tour buses, sudden damage to amusement equipment, traffic accidents, etc.blocking road access
d、Road blockage: weather traffic accidents and other objective causes of road closure
Booking Instructions
Booking time:
Please try to book Wetour Travel’s service products 48 hours in advanceotherwise the cost may
increase due to emergency car use within 48 hours. If it is a national holiday,it is recommended to book even earlier
Booking information
1、When booking the transfer service, please provide: flight numberdate,detailed address for delivery or departure.
2、When choosing a model,please note that the maximum number of passengers and luggage can be carried in the model.If you do not confirm the number of passengers and whether the luggage can be put down,it is recommended to ask customer service before placing an order
3、When providing the delivery address,please provide the detailed address.It is recommended to note
the hotel front desk phone number and room numberin the notes so that the driver can arrive on time
and contact the hotel front desk directly when the hotel address cannot be found
4、Please leave accurate contact information in advance and keep your phone open.If you have more than one contact,you can state it in the note
Booking fee
1、The booking service is all-inclusive(but does not include the cost of overtime waiting,over kilometers, etc. outside the booking standard service)
2、After placing the order, please complete it within 24 hours.(Except for urgent orders within 24 hours), the order is in the form of prepayment,and the order will take effect after the payment is completed.
3、The default size of the product is the same price
Fee Description I. Fee Inclusion
1、Basic fees:basic fees related to car use,including driver and guide service fees(10 hours a day),tips fuel,toll fees,highway fees,cityfees,congestion fees,idling fees,(transfer orders)transfer night fees, transfer service fees (free 90-minute wait for pickup,free 30-minute wait for drop-off)(charter orders) meal allowance,(cross-day charter orders)accomodation allowance, etc.
2、Additional fees:Additional fees for additional services requested by the guest when placing an order including pick-up fees for holding a sign(pick-up orders),assistance with check-in fees,child seat fees etc.
Second the cost does not include
1、Personal consumption and other expenses not mentioned
2、Difference in price due to change of order typeitinerary,travel time,etc.
3、Vehicle ferry fees and ferry tickets for vehicles going to the island or across the sea
4、Car parking fees generated by drop-off escort
5、(Pick-up and drop-off orders) Pick-up and drop-off night fee 100 RMB
6. Calculation of overtime and over-kilometer charges
a.The standard overtime waiting fee for pick-up and drop-offis US$10/CAD(in local currency)/30 minutes charged on site (if less than 30 minutes,it will be calculated as 30 minutes);
b.Day charter overtime rates of $50/Cdn per hour for 5-passenger vehicles,$50/cn per hour for 7- passenger vehicles, and $80/Cdn per hour for 12-15 passenger vehices
c.The standard overtime waiting fee for apanese transfers is:1200yen/30minutes (if less than 30 minutes, it is calculated as 30 minutes);
Day charter overtime fee standard: 7-10 seats 2500 yen/30minutes 18 seat 4000 yen/30 minutes
All of the above are in local currency,and overtime charges are collected from customers in cash on site
Ill. Description of the fees
1、Child seat cost the first free, the second and above 100 yuan/daymore than 3 days of long
distance orders, according to 300 yuan/single charge.Southeast AsiaAfrica and other regions may not provide child seats, please understand.If an order requires 3 or more child seats, it is recommended to confirm whether it can be provided before placing an order thank you!
2、Free waiting time and overtime waiting fee for shuttle
1)If there is no special instructions,we default to pick up and wait according to the flight landing time the free waiting time is 90 minutes after the flight landing,over 90minutes will be charged overtime waiting fee. The free waiting time for drop-off is 30minutes,more than 30 minutes will be charged for overtime waiting.(See below for overtime charges)
2) Beyond the free waiting tine, if we are unable to contact you,the driver will leave on his own and the order fee will not be refunded
3) Normal our maximum waiting time is 120 minutes,beyond this time, the driver has the right to refuse service, if you ask the driver to continue to wait because of the driver, you need to obtain the driver's consent.If the driver can no longer wait, please contact us first to coordinate for you
4) If the departure time needs to be extended due to visa on arrival,etc.,please inform us in advance before placing the order
IV:Additional notes
1、 the above rates apply to luxury 8-seat and below models(Korean comfortable12-seat below
Japanese comfortable 10-seat below),9-14-seat in the above standard overtime fee of 50 yuan/hour(Australia and New Zealand 9-12-seat in this standard overtime fee of 100 yuan/hourthe Americas 912-seat in the above standard overtime fee of 200 yuan/hour,other models to customer service response shall prevail
2、If the trip cannot be delivered due to traffic environment factors(mountain range,forestisland, sea desert, no man's land,vehicle restricted area,etc), the driver will send you to the nearest location
depending on the situation. If the vehicle can go to the final location but incur additional costs (such as ferry fees,bridge fees,mountain fees,etc.), please pay the driver the corresponding costs on site
3、 The order does not specify the specific pick-up service model, the vehicle can be in accordance with the principle of downward compatibility, such as you book a comfortable 7-seater car, there may be a comfortable 9-seater or comfortable 10-seater for you. The level of the vehicle
(economy/comfort/luxury) is determined by the local selling price of the vehicle. If you want to specify a specific service model, please contact customer service to confirm the quotation, and customer service will make a note for you in the order after placing a successful order
4、The service time limit and service mileage are valid only on the same day and cannot be accumulated for use on the next day
5、 In order to ensure the quality of the tour, the city and the surrounding charter bus trip per day is
recommended not to exceed 300 kiloneters, cross-city charter bus trip per day is recommended not to exceed 450 kilometers. If you have a trip a day trip kilometers more than the above kilometers, please confirm with customer service before placing an order,customer service will arrange the proposed trip for you according to the situation.
6、Wetour travel part of the goods are limited to mainland China passport holders booking,Hong Kong Macao, Taiwan and foreign passport guests if you need to place an order,please consult customer service first whether the reservation can be accepted, if you place an order directly without confirmation, we have the right to refund you can not provide services,please understand
